These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Raspond. By accessing and using Raspond, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Raspond is an AI-powered RFP response platform that helps teams extract questions, prepare answers, manage approvals, and track performance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. User Obligations

You agree to: use the Service only for lawful purposes; not violate any applicable laws or regulations; not infringe on intellectual property rights of others; not attempt to gain unauthorized access; maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials; and notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

Raspond owns all intellectual property in the Service, including code, algorithms, and designs. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to: upload illegal content; harass, threaten, or abuse others; transmit malware or viruses; attempt to disrupt the Service; or scrape or extract data at scale.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raspond shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Raspond disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

Raspond may terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. You may terminate at any time by deleting your account.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
